Our app is built on the principle of Amanah (sacred trust). We collect zero personal information. Salah Momin does not require account creation, does not use tracking cookies, and does not have any backend servers to store your private data. Your consistency metrics and settings are stored exclusively on your device's local storage.
To enable the "Shield" functionality, we utilize
Apple's FamilyControls (Screen Time) API. This permission allows the app to manage
app-blocking schedules during prayer times.
Important: Salah Momin never gains access to your browsing history, message content, or
usage data of other apps. All blocking logic is processed locally via Apple’s secure Managed Settings
framework.
Location: Local device
coordinates are used solely to calculate accurate prayer timings for your specific region. This data is
never transmitted externally.
Deletion: You have absolute control. You can permanently delete all locally stored logs
and settings at any time via the "Delete All Data" feature in the Settings screen.
We do not share, sell, or trade your information with any third parties. There are no advertisements or third-party SDKs in Salah Momin that collect user data.
